Wow! That is usually the first expression we get when we are sampling these at a local farmers' Markets. The white peach started decades ago with just one or two varieties but the white nectarine didn't get started until the 90's. These at times get so sweet in the peak of summer that some people literaly can not handle it. Definitely a crowd favorite. When we sell these at the farmers' Markets from San Francisco to San Diego people treat us like were Rock Stars. Sometimes we forget were just fruit peddlers.
